Cutting edge Kharaharapriya!

Sanjay Subrahmanyan at the Mudhra concert yesterday! The king was in fullest of form with brief pieces of Amritavarshini, Begada and the out of the world main piece in Kharaharapriya. The concert went on for more than 3 hours after a followup of a brilliant RTP in Gowlai with Thanams in Naatai, Arabhi, Varali, Sri and back again in Gowlai. Also seen are S.Varadharajan on Violin and Rethas on Tampoura. It was yet another treat and the king showed his unmatched consistency levels this season yet again. Sanjay concerts have become a routine for me and it looks to be too tough to live without it especially after the season gets over! : - ! As one of my friends remarked "Deii, Sanjay veetukku paalkaarana poenaa avan paatu kekalaam". Now that seems like a good idea!!
