Fog or smog? It sure does have a soft moody feel to it and asks the question, "Where does the street lead to?" Wel done!

It gives a lovely natural effect to the scene. Is it alway's this foggy...? is it through the heat?

yes - a great eye to pick up this scene - nicely done... indeed I first thought it was dust from the street but it looks really good especially with people disappearing inside the fog along the street...
