The Virutham, Sanjay and Sachin!

It was one of those great days in the Indian cricketing history when India beat England chasing 387 on the final day of the 1st test and the world was awestruck to a classic flawless Sachin century! And ofcourse Sanjay's concert at Nada Inbam (Concert 6 -Ragasudha Hall). It had fabulous pieces in Chakravakam, Nagaswarali (Another Sanjay special - Sivachidambarame), Darbar, Chayatharangini (The Alapana made it very special) , Kalyani, a lovely Bowli, BrindavaSaranga and Atana. The Virutham in Varali - Desh - Darbarikanada was my favorite of the day. I am sure the match would have set the tone to the concert, moreover Sanjay being an ardent Indian cricket fan"
Off music, Sanjay quite rightly summed it up! - "Sachin exorcises the ghost of Chennai!!! (Remember Pakistan?)".
What a perfect day!!!!!!
