k@ from Paris, FranceI stay stuck (again !) on my chair by the pure light that it is yours ! 25 Sep 2009 8:22am Anthony Thomason from Phoenix, United StatesCool tones. At first I didn't care for the glare in the model's glasses, but then realized that it seems to add a bit of drama and forces the eye to take in the texture of the face, the lines of ethnicity. Nice. 25 Sep 2009 9:36am Christophe Esnard from Angoulême, FranceAll your portraits are really beautiful. 25 Sep 2009 10:33am lux from Munich, GermanyThis is such a good one! The tones and the lighting make it so special and narrativ. Love it. 25 Sep 2009 12:02pm marc battault from clermont ferrand, Francevery nice, the features are highlighted! 25 Sep 2009 12:39pm Stu from Kyoto, JapanThis is absolutely magnificent Sriram! Super lighting, focus and tones. A truly wonderful portrait. 25 Sep 2009 3:35pm Spectra from Carrboro, United Statesbeautiful portrait! the lighting is jus perfect..brings out the lines on her face nicely 25 Sep 2009 4:24pm Lalena from Barcelona, SpainFantastic portrait!! Magnifique!! Bravo!!! Love the light!! 25 Sep 2009 5:59pm Curly from South Shields, United KingdomVery strong portrait, although I think I would like to see the eyes. 25 Sep 2009 7:06pm Dawn from Maryland, United StatesPerfect lighting and love the detail. Stunning portrait! : ) 25 Sep 2009 7:47pm Morgan Rich Photography from Gainesville, United StatesI love that the glare does not show the eyes, usually the most revealing part of a portrait. Your lighting lets the face tell her story. Stunning. 26 Sep 2009 3:31am Ilona from Freiburg, GermanyVery impressive portrait! In particular the semidarkness and the reflections. 3 Oct 2009 12:03pm Sunil from IndiaThis is truly amazing. I have 2 thoughts on the glare on the glass. In this one glare avoids the concentration on the eyes and forces us to see the face itself and to make a story. But if the glare was avoided then the eyes might have bring more life to this picture. Again just a though. Anyway a special salute for this one. Good job. Keep the spirit Sunil 9 Dec 2009 8:25pm |
